Kangna seeking blessings?

Kangna Ranaut took a day off from the promotions of her film 'Queen', to visit the Vaishnodevi temple in Jammu.

The actress wanted to seek divine intervention just before the film's release. She says, `When I was writing a voiceover for the film, Vaishnodevi's name just flashed at me.

When I thought about it, I realised that this was a calling for me, so I had to visit the temple.` Kangs was accompanied by her brother Akshit.

Vidya hosts women`s day special `No More Kamzor`

Actress Vidya Balan, who started her innings in showbiz with TV, will be seen back on the small screen for an International Women's Day special.

The "Hum Paanch" actress will be seen as the host of "No More Kamzor", which will talk of women who have struggled and overcome problems.

"The programme that we are doing 'No More Kamzor'...it is for girls of all ages. We started with children and I recited a poem with them. It was just wonderful energy," the 33-year-old said here Monday during the shoot of the show.

Vidya, who was recently seen in "Shaadi Ke Side Effects", says the stories she came across were truly inspiring.



"All the women who came on the show are an example for all of us. We were inspired by them, some stories didn't seem real but they actually faced problems and today they are living their life on their own terms. That is a big thing," Vidya said.

"No More Kamzor" will be aired on Star Plus March 8.

Choreographers Bosco-Caeser, first made Ileana and co-star Varun Dhawan listen to the track and the duo began grooving impromptu.

Bosco decided to include these movements between Varun and Ileana in the song. The girl was saved from rehearsals and learning the steps.

They forget my character was actually in love with Salman .In fact my character chose in the end to go with Salman rather than Ranbir.Salman and I had shot together for Saawariya for thirty days.`

With Sonam Kapoor stepping into Sooraj's film the project finally seems to have found its bearings. One hears Sonam would be presented in the film as consummate susheel, sanskari, chulbuli and chatpatti Barjatya heroine, a la Bhagyshree in Maine Pyar Kiya, Madhuri Dixit in Hum Aapke Hain...Koun, Karisma Kapoor in Hum Saath Saath Hain, Kareena Kapoor in Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon and Amrita Rao in Vivaah.

Priyanka looks forward to attending `Chopra-style` wedding

Priyanka Chopra's cousin Saurabh is getting married in Delhi, and the actress, currently busy shooting for "Mary Kom", is waiting to join her family for the wedding.

"Missing mere (my) brother Saurabh ki shaadi (wedding) celebrations in delhi. The whole family is there. Can't wait to go. Full Chopra style gaana shaana," Priyanka tweeted Monday.
